Week 3: Ontology continued: What is Sound Art?: Follow-up

  1. You have been assigned a key resource (important books!!!)  Your understanding of this will form the basis of the class debate in Week 9. Please begin reading your text, taking notes and arranging times to meet with your classmates to discuss your learning and to begin to plan your group’s approach to the debate. Your team mates are relying on you, and you on them! 
  2. Read the Toop and Parkinson article. Extract 3-4 references to sound practitioners or sound works mentioned in the conversation. Try to find audio, video or textual references to these online. Update your blog with media links and a short commentary on each.
